November 2024’s Fresh Update: ATV Rentals | Island Tour

An ATV Rental or Tour is the best way to explore our island; you can pass traffic jams, stop almost anywhere on the roadside, and visit the more remote places reached by off-road trails. Starting from Maho, you get to see the famous Maho Beach/Airport Beach and experience the spectacular overhead jet landings and the rumbling jet departures right in front of you.
You will drive via Mullet Bay, Lowlands, and Baie Rouge, to the Capital of the French side Marigot. Afterward, the route goes to Grand Case, the culinary Capital, where we advise an authentic local BBQ lunch at the Lolo’s.
After lunch, you pass by the gorgeously long, stretched beach of Orient Bay, where you can have a small swimming stop before heading to the Capital of the Dutch side.
Enjoy an exciting part with fantastic scenery and some off-road options around the Galion via the iguana feeding area, the viewpoint, and Oyster Bay while making your way to Philipsburg.
At the Capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, you enjoy the views of Great Bay Beach & the impressive cruise port. A great stop to explore the boardwalk and shop for some souvenirs.
Pass by the Cole Bay Hill look-out point on your way back, with a stunning panorama of the neighboring islands, the Simpson Bay Lagoon, & the international airport. Then, pass through Simpson Bay with mesmerizing superyachts, bars, and restaurants.
Lastly, you make your way back to Maho, where the tour ends. You will be provided a road map with the different sightseeing spots to explore on your own.

If you are familiar with the island of SXM, rent an ATV, and go around on your own, our We Are SXM app can help you find many places. But, if you don’t, we advise you to book a tour guide at $50 per person and get professional guidance. When booking a guide you will get lots of background information and instructions from the tour guide; he can also show you some hidden gems you won’t find on our map.
This tour is done at a sightseeing pace and with enough time for stops to enjoy and explore each location.

Your rental/tour is available from 9:00 AM. at Xplore Rentals in Maho Village. Would you like to start elsewhere, they can bring your ATV anywhere on the island for $50 per ATV.

Conditions & Details:
Novice ATV riders are welcome. All drivers need to be 18+ and a valid driver’s license is a must. Kids under 18 have to be accompanied by an adult on the ATV. We spend a very adventurous tour with ATV Guided tour. We explore each and every corner of Sint Maarten. The off-road trails offers such an amazing way of exploration. Whole tour was worth paying!
I along with my friends hired ATV safari to explore the island. The adventure was fun throughout, including a stunning panorama of the neighboring islands. We paid a fair price for ATV Guided Tour. We will plan to visit again and will rent ATV Safari because of their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommended!
It was my best day, It was awesome fun. Loved all of it. The ATV Safari was pretty hard for me specially because I'm 70 years old but I completed safely. Would go once more.
