Now to mention the team behind the entire operation. Marco is originally from Milan, where he attended culinary school and worked as a Chef in the finest restaurants for 15 years before he decided to step out of the kitchen and move into the front of the house. He has been proudly managing Isola for the past five years.
Chef Matteo, from Rome, has been creating great food consistently for over 5 years and can carry his weight in the kitchen. All the other staff are local and genuinely represent the Caribbean. They show off their smiles as they host you. So many visitors come once and return as family year after year. Visitors are of utmost importance.
Marco is extremely passionate about food. He believes in the Italian way of building a close family by creating memorable experiences together.
