Java SXM is the newest addition to Grand Case Boulevard, across the street from Blue Martini and right on the white sandy beach. Enter an elegant dream setting on the wooden deck with a combination of greenery and the colors turquoise and light pink, setting the mood.
Choose between the comfortable lounge, or restaurant seating overlooking the Caribbean sea and beautiful sunsets. Furthermore, the place has a large open bar serving delicious craft cocktails; try the Java Signatures. From all over, you enjoy the same gorgeous ocean views!
As for the food, Chef Michel Benaziz created a creative Mediterranean-Eastern menu made with fresh ingredients. The menu consists of many shareable tapas, delectable dishes and mixing flavors is central.
Java offers a healthy and generous culinary experience meant to be colorful, fresh, and delicious. The menu’s highlights include the traditional Babaganoush, Kefta, and Shakshouka. And many bestselling fusion dishes in which Mediterranean flavors take an unexpected turn and create a culinary experience. Such as the Fresh Lobster, Lobster pasta, Truffle pasta or the Arais – Pita bread with ground beef dip.

JAVA is open from 4 pm to 1 am on 7 days a week. Enjoy tapas in the lounge and a romantic Oceanview dinner from 4:30 pm with the kitchen serving late up to 11:30 pm, with a daily after-party up to 1 am. Make sure to note their Sunday Beach Party in your agenda!
