His expertise was honed at the prestigious Majestic Palace in Cannes, where he served as a sous chef, catering to up to 2000 people a day.
After his time at Majestic Palace, Chef Ours lent his expertise to several restaurants in St. Maarten such as the Hidden Garden in Grand Case and several startups, helping them flourish with his culinary prowess and guidance.
Until in November 2021 when he decided to work as a private chef, ready to share his passion with the world!
