The highly experienced bartenders will make you custom infused cocktails (Ask about the truffle infusion). Order from the extensive wine list with assistance from the extremely knowledgeable staff.

We had a fantastic meal Saturday evening at Jax! The food & drinks were incredible & the staff is wonderful, too. Great ambience, not too crowded—even with a full house. Our waiter, Jackie, was professional and friendly. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but if you’re having trouble deciding, ask for Chef Owen to come out and explain some of the dishes to you. The lobster escargot, swordfish, skirt steak & beouf bourguignon are wonderful. Dessert was a must have, too. This is one of those restaurants where you can really tell (and taste) that the staff is all in to make it an all-around top tier experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to SXM. Can’t wait to go back!
Best steakhouse if not restaurant all together in sxm. Service is the absolute best you will receive in sxm ;) we loved everything we had. Crab cakes , lobsterscargot tomahawk steak was amazing. Don’t miss jax when in sxm
I just visited JAX Steakhouse. This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals were served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.
