I and my wife visited Belair Beach Hotel & Resort. The view was fantastic and more importantly the air-con was perfect. The pool area is wonderful and staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

This resort was in the heart of the Simpson bay area. It was well maintained, the room was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Sint Maarten, it’s a good value in an even better location.
