A meal at La Villa Hibiscus is a celebration. For each visitor they establish a 6 or 7-course personalized menu based preferences and their personal inspirations, championing local ingredients.

The menus vary from table to table and you will discover yours upon arrival at La Villa Hibiscus.
Each season presents its own flavors and colors, and each day the open kitchen selects the freshest ingredients. The refined cuisine is enjoyed in an exclusive and intimate setting a old colonial house.
This talented chef’s approach is imaginative and the food is an art form, featuring aromatic flavors, vivid colors, exciting textures, and exquisite wine pairings with each course.

La Villa Hibiscus operates on reservation only and with a menu pre-ordered in advance. Let them know your preferences, food allergies and restrictions; everything else is a surprise!

Happy Hour: 5 pm to 6:30 pm (2 for 1 on drinks)

How to reserve your table at La Villa Hibiscus:

To enjoy La Villa Hibiscus we advise to plan ahead as they get fully booked weeks in advance, and they need to prepare the freshest ingredients for your menu.

Upon reservation, you will be asked:

  • Preferred date
  • Menu choice 6 or 7-course dinner
  • Allergen information, and food preferences (mention if there is anything you absolutely do not enjoy).
  • Religious food restrictions, pregnancy, and any other restrictions that may apply.

Your menu will be personalized and is a complete surprise, allowing Chef Bastian to blow you away with his flavors and presentation.

Dinner menu:

You have the choice between a 3, 5, 6, and 8-course menu. Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Gourmet menu with 6 courses – €160 per person* (Chef’s surprise menu)
  • Prestige menu with 8 courses – €230 per person* (Chef’s surprise menu)

*Drinks are not included in the price, a wine pairing is available in which the sommelier chooses from their fine wine selection.

Wine pairing or non-alcoholic cocktail pairing:

  • Gourmet menu: 4 glasses at €80 per person, or 6 glasses at €100 per person
  • Prestige menu: 5 glasses at €120 per person, or 7/8 glasses at €150 per person

Non-alcoholic cocktail pairing:

  • Gourmet menu: €85 per person
  • Prestige menu: €110 per person

We had a great experience at La Villa Hibiscus. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. The staff is extremely friendly and makes great recommendations. Highly recommended!

We went for the 3-course lunch at La Villa Hibiscus and enjoyed most probably the best lunch of this year! When you go here all they ask is which allergies you have and food that you don't like, everything after is a surprise. This takes away the always difficult question of what to choose from the menu... which was quite refreshing.
As an appetizer, they served us a risotto with halibut, asparagus, and a foam cream. For the main course, we had Australian Wagyu Beef (Massaged Cow) served with green apple, wine reduction sauce, and black truffle mashed potato. To top it off the dessert was homemade rum cake with fresh fruits and homemade coconut ice cream and white chocolate whipped cream.
Every course was just an explosion of flavors in the mouth, all the flavors went soo well together and you can just taste the quality of the product's uses. This is a one-of-a-kind experience and we can't wait to try the dinner.
Paired with the food we tried their Hibiscus and Soursop cocktail, which were both very unique and flavorful.
Sabine and the team are extremely helpful and friendly with choosing drinks or wine-pairing and you get well-explained what's on every dish.

The 3-course lunch menu costs Euro 62 ($74) which is a super price for the quality that is being served. Especially at such a gorgeous location with the best Island view and very personal service as they have only 4 tables at the time.

Overall you just taste the passion Bastian and Sabine have for gastronomy, and we can recommend everyone to try this food experience.
