Former owners Lara & Ciro found the perfect match to take over their place, working with the same dedication and standards as they did for 22 years.
Italian-born Andrea (Modena) has a true passion for the restaurant industry. After 20 years of working in hospitality, it was time for a place of his own. Together with Chef Davide from Rome and business partner Ness (Owner of Mezza Luna in Nettle Bay), they took on this challenge to continue a legacy at this landmark eatery. Their goal is to maintain the best Italian fine dining experience in SXM, and even further improve Spiga as we know it.

Everything from the menu is made from scratch, with fresh ingredients and non-processed foods.
The menu highlights include the Vitello Tonnato, Fresh Burrata, and Beef Carpaccio as appetizers.
The best-selling main courses are the “Risotto Frutti di Mare,” a seafood risotto with wild Argentinian shrimp, clams, and St. Jacques scallops, “Veal Milanese,” “Ossobucco,” and the “Lobster Ravioli”. Furthermore, all pasta is homemade; try the classic “Spaghetti Carbonara” or their special “Spaghetti with Shrimp tartar and broccoli sauce”.
Are you looking for a vegetarian option? The “Fettucini Porcini” is perfect for you. It features fresh Porcini mushrooms, broccolini, truffle butter, and parmesan.
Make sure to leave some space for dessert as everyone returns time and again for the “Traditional tiramisu” or the “Maple Cheesecake”.
Pair the food with their fine selection of Italian wines, or enjoy signature cocktails such as the “Paradiso Martini” or “Italian love affair”. Andrea is a trained sommelier and is happy to assist you in choosing a suitable drink.

Spiga is located at the start of Grand Case inside a charming Caribbean Creole house and is a place to visit for the night; enjoy a 3-course menu with wine or cocktail pairing.
Visit from Monday to Saturday between 5:30 and 10 p.m. Make sure to reserve your table in advance as they get fully booked several nights a week.
