She started her bartender experience six years ago at the “Bartenders Bar Academy”. After two years of private classes & masterclasses, plus a bartending job in Salerno, she became a teacher at the same Bar Academy she once started.
After a couple of Bar manager experiences, she grabbed the opportunity to start the Caribbean Dream at Palapa Grill, one of the Island’s best restaurants & cocktail lounges.
Soon after, Ludovica collaborated with ILTT, a local liquor supplier for many A-class brands. Which brought her closer to fulfilling her Goal: “Bringing the culture of Craft Cocktails to SXM!”
If you need Bar Consulting, would like to have a guest bartender or have all event catering arranged, Ludovica is always up for it. She loves to share her passion to surprise people with service and the flavors of a home-made craft cocktail.
But even better, she can teach you and your party how to make your own!
In private classes, she will explain all the basics of bartending and teach you how to make that perfectly tasting drink.
